Dr. Carpinello, Dr. Halpern and their staff always make me feel welcome when I am at the office. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable, which removes any anxiety I have about the whole process.
Going to the orthodontist is quick, and pleasant. The office and reception area are very nice and clean. My treatment plan is thoroughly explained, which makes it much easier and less confusing for me.
