Everyone is friendly. The front office staff is very accommodating. They are very helpful in setting an appointment that meets my personal scheduling needs. The clinical assistants don't limit their conversation to my treatment, they take an interest in what's going on with me personally. Also, Dr. Carpinello exceeds expectations by reaching out to other doctors (on my behalf) who are involved with my oral care. I don't feel like just a name on a chart here. The best orthodontist ever!!! You never have to wait long, and the appointment doesn't take up a lot of time. You also get to earn points that you can use for gift cards and prizes just for doing normal things like brushing your teeth and showing up to your appointment on time!
